Cadre is a fintech platform that provides users the opportunity to invest in commercial real estate. These kinds of investments have historically been difficult for the general public to access.
I was the lead designer for the “browse” experience. This area of the product is focused on how users view available investments and how Cadre promotes and manages this content.
This project was done from November 2022 through July 2023.
Cadre needed to increase the amount of new investors on the platform. Specifically, the business needed to show an increase in the amount of new user transactions (investments).
The experience of browsing Cadre’s available investment offerings is a critical part of a user’s journey in ultimately deciding to make an investment through the product.

Together we discussed initial problems and potential requirements. We brainstormed with other areas of the company, reviewed and critiqued design concepts, reviewed testing results, built design system components, monitored analytics and user session recordings, and provided daily standup updates throughout the project.
